A mesa is a patterned multicolored bundle containing various objects and stones used in service of healing by many indigenous people. A more commonly known term in the West might be a "medicine bundle”.  The Q’ero people , ancestors of the ancient Inca, refer to it as a tool representing the world in sacred balance and wholeness. The mesa blessing of rings is a blessing for wholeness, balance, wellness in body, mind and spirit from the Divine and all the ancestors and wisdom keepers that have gone before us.
